Finders Sleepers week 15If you have managed to make it this far, congratulations on making the finals or semi-finals of your league. If you have made it this far, your roster must be pretty good. However, as always injuries and underperforming players popped up. You may be looking into plugging in a flex player or finding a replacement for the hurt TE. Here are some players that can help you this week in your bid for championship glory.

By: Dan Turner

QB Ryan Tannehill- Dolphins

Tannehill completed 14 of 19 passes for 265 yards and three touchdowns in the thrilling last second win over the Patriots. Tannehill has a manageable game coming up against the Vikings, who are facing some coaching disarray. He has scored at least 20 points in the last 3 weeks, so if you need a QB, you could do worse than Tannehill.

RB Elijah Mcguire- Jets

McGuire rushed 17 times for 60 yards and a touchdown while adding three catches for 23 yards in the Jets week 14 contest against the Bills. If Isiah Crowell is hampered or out with his injury, then Mcguire is expected to shoulder the workload with help from rookie Trenton Cannon. He can be used in flex consideration this week.

RB Damien Williams- Chiefs

After the injury to RB Spencer Ware, Williams came in and performed admirably. Williams accounted for 14 yards and one touchdown on eight carries, adding four catches for 16 yards and a touchdown. If Ware cannot go this week, Williams will be a solid RB2 going into an important week. Pick him up if he is available on your waiver wire.

WR Daesean Hamilton- Broncos

Hamilton was expected to step up when Emmanuel Sanders was lost for the year with an injury. Boy did he ever deliver. Hamilton brought in seven of nine targets for 47 yards and a touchdown in his first extended game action. Heading into week 15 against the Browns, Hamilton would be a solid WR3 with upside.

TE Ian Thomas- Panthers

Thomas has been the top TE in Carolina when Greg Olsen has been out of the lineup this year with injuries. After Olsen’s latest injury, Thomas has stepped in and performed admirably. Thomas hauled in nine catches on 11 targets for 77 yards. Saints are coming up in week 15 in a division game, and Thomas would be a good choice if you are dealing with a hurt or underperforming TE.

TE Vernon Davis- Redskins

Davis will be taking over for the injured Jordan Reed for the foreseeable future. Vernon performed decently well this past week, catching each of his four targets for 31 yards. Washington is a mess offensively, but Davis should be good for catching a couple balls and maybe a lucky touchdown. If you are desperate, plug and pray.
