49ers @ Rams Conference Championship Round: Player Prop Bets
For the Conference Championship round finale on Sunday, we have the San Fransisco 49ers heading to Los Angeles to take on the Rams. After an all-time great weekend of football last week, we can only hope these games are even half as exciting. Let’s dig right into some player prop bets to target in 49ers @ Rams Conference Championship Round: Player Prop Bets.
Over/Under 45.5
Rams -3.5
Cam Akers Under 63.5 Rushing Yards ( -115 BetUS)
Since coming back from injury Akers has received a total of 46 carries in three games with attempts going up each week. Even with the additional carries, he has failed to amass 55 rushing yards in any of the games played. Last week he received 24 carries and turned that into just 48 rushing yards and lost two fumbles. The 49ers’ run defense has shut down running backs this season and has given up the 8th fewest yards. No running back has eclipsed the 60-yard mark against them since week 9 of the regular season and only four have done it this season. After his two lost fumbles last game, there is a chance he could lose a few carries to Sony Michel who only received one last week.
Elijah Mitchell Over 17.5 Rushing Attempts (-102 FanDuel)
Elijah Mitchell has been a staple of this San Fransico offense who loves to run the football. He has covered this line in 9/13 games this season and six of seven. In their previous meetings with the Rams, he had 27 and 21 carries. He is averaging just over 19 for the entire season. The 49ers run the 5th most running plays in the league at 29.1 but have averaged 33.5 over the two playoff games. With the game line projected to be close, look for Elijah Mitchell to be fed early and often.
Tyler Higbee Over 39.5 Receiving Yards (-114 BetUS)
Tyler Higbee has been a consistent receiving threat for the Rams over the last part of the season. He has hit this number in six straight games and is averaging 51.7 yards per game during that span. He has seen a target increase over this time frame as well going from 5.6 to 6.8 targets. In his two games against the 49ers this season he has a combined 13 targets and beat his yardage prop in the most recent game. Look for Higbee to continue his recent uptick of volume and go over his yardage prop.
Brandon Aiyuk Over 47.5 Receiving Yards (EVEN Caesars)
After putting up a complete dud last week in a very difficult matchup, look for Aiyuk to rebound this week against the Rams. This is a number that Aiyuk has hit in 7 of his last 10 games. The Rams defense has given up the fourth-most receiving yards this season to wide receivers. In their previous matchup against the Rams, Aiyuk posted a 107-yard performance. Over his last ten games, Aiyuk has averaged 63.6 yards per game. I like getting his yardage at a discount this week and expect this to go over.
