A.T. Perry WR New Orleans Saints

Kicking things off is the New Orleans Saints wide receiver AT Perry, who started to flash in the last couple of weeks of the season. Chris Olave is a stud and should be the WR1 for this offense moving forward. Outside of that, Michael Thomas is extremely unreliable at this point, and the path to playing time is reasonable for Perry. Additionally, Rashid Shaheed is a free agent and could very well leave in free agency. Entering his second season in this Saints offense with Derek Carr, Perry is worth buying for the low if possible.

Khalil Shakir WR Buffalo Bills

We all know that Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs have been an elite QB/WR combo. More importantly, they’re both elite for fantasy football and dynasty purposes. At least, Diggs has been in recent years. Not to mention, he’s voiced concerns with the Bills and is apparently unhappy. Lately, his future is somewhat uncertain and his production has gone down a bit. Moving forward, Gabe Davis could leave in free agency as well as he’s an unrestricted free agent. That leaves Shakir as the experienced receiver in this offense outside of the tight ends, Dalton Kincaid and Dawson Knox.

With an elite quarterback in Allen, it’s always going to be enticing to get the pass-catching options. Additionally, the uncertainty in this WR group gives dynasty managers a potential opportunity with Shakir moving forward. It’s somewhat expected the Bills will target a rookie wide receiver in the NFL Draft. However, Shakir will still be around regardless of the future with Diggs and Davis. Overall, this gives dynasty managers a decent opportunity to buy low on Shakir.

Andrei Iosivas WR Cincinnati Bengals

With Tyler Boyd potentially heading out of Cincinnati, the WR3 role should be up for grabs. Additionally, there is uncertainty surrounding Tee Higgins and his future with the Bengals. When you are forced to pay Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase, there’s also a chance Higgins is out. All in all, Iosivas has some potential upside moving forward. Burrow should bounce back and remind everyone that he’s elite, if not nearly elite, for fantasy football purposes. Not to mention, in the NFL.

Trey Palmer WR Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Our last wide receiver is rookie Trey Palmer for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. With Mike Evans potentially leaving in free agency, the WR1 role would be resumed by Chris Godwin. After showing flashes all year with Baker Mayfield, there’s certainly a reason to gamble on Palmer. Even if Evans is back with the Buccaneers next year,

Kendre Miller RB WR

A player who showed flashes in college and as a rookie prospect, Kendre Miller had a decent rookie campaign despite a few injuries. Yes, Alvin Kamara is still in town, but he will be 29 during the 2024 NFL season. Not to mention, Jamaal Williams could potentially be out of New Orleans as well.

Noah Gray TE Kansas City Chiefs

We’re looking at the potential life after Travis Kelce with the Kansas City Chiefs. With 36-year-old Jason Kelce retiring and Travis potentially not being far behind, there’s a realistic scenario where they both are retiring after this year. Even if it doesn’t happen this year, Kelce just hasn’t looked quite like himself for whatever reason. Whether his age catches up or he ends up retiring in the next few years, his dynasty value is certainly plummeting.

Gray has shown flashes at times, but he’s certainly nowhere close to Kelce. However, with the pass-catcher situation for the Chiefs, there’s got to be someone who steps up. Rashee Rice is turning into potentially the WR1 in this offense. Meanwhile, Skyy Moore has struggled immensely. Overall, there’s some upside to like with Gray and he might be worth a stash in dynasty leagues.
