At this point, a loss could cost you a playoff spot. Continue reading and follow along as we break down our top fantasy football quarterbacks for Week 13.
Thankfully there are no teams on a bye this week. Here you will find my top 12 Fantasy Football QB rankings and tiers for Week 13. Each week, I’ll separate them into tiers along with one “Start of the Week.”

Week 13 Fantasy Football QB Rankings: Start of the Week
Anthony Richardson vs. New England Patriots
There were high hopes and aspirations for Anthony Richardson this year among the Indianapolis Colts fans and the fantasy football community. Many pegged him to be an elite QB1 threat, and some even ventured to predict that he could end up as the QB1 by the end of the 2024 fantasy football season.
To say the least, Richardson’s sophomore season has been less than ideal – he hasn’t lived up to expectations. Oddly enough, he has missed four games this year whether to injury or to being benched in favor of 39-year-old Joe Flacco.
Wisely, the Colts and Head Coach Shane Steichen reappointed Richardson in Week 11. As a result, he did not disappoint. He threw for 272 yards and one touchdown to go along with 32 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns. In the end, Richardson finished as the QB4 on the week. His upside was fully displayed by his dual-threat fantasy appeal and why many had high hopes for him in the offseason.
A few weeks back, the Patriots shut down Caleb Williams and the Bears in Week 10. However, this was before the firing of their offensive coordinator Shane Waldron and the Bears were a disaster. Additionally, in Week 9 the Patriots passing defense made Mason Rudolph of the Tennessee Titans look competent. Rudolph threw for 240 yards with two touchdowns. Week 10 saw Stafford and the Rams pick apart the Patriots’ secondary. Impressively, he threw for almost 300 yards and four touchdowns. In Week 11, Tua Tagavaiola against the Patriots ended up as the QB3 for the week scoring 28.5 fantasy points.
Richardson came back down to earth last week against the Lions. However, so have many quarterbacks this season against them. I’ll give Richardson a mulligan against the Lions and look for him to rebound this week against a helpless Patriots team that is fighting to secure a high draft pick for 2025.
