Bye-pocalypse part two is here in Week 14. Unfortunately, six teams are on a bye this week: The Baltimore Ravens, Denver Broncos, Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts, New England Patriots, and Washington Commanders. More importantly, that means you can’t start Lamar Jackson, Bo Nix, C.J. Stroud, Anthony Richardson, Drake Maye, or Jayden Daniels.

Week 14 Fantasy Football Quarterback Rankings: Start of the Week
Sam Darnold vs. Atlanta Falcons
For some reason, there has been chatter in the fantasy football community of Sam Darnold turning back into a pumpkin after his great start to the 2024 regular season. However, he is currently the QB8 on the year. Impressively, he has averaged over 21 fantasy points per game over his last three games. That would have him as the QB4 during that three-week span. Not bad for a pumpkin.
This week, Darnold and the Minnesota Vikings get to face a spiraling Atlanta Falcons team who have lost their last three games. The Falcons have the 26th-ranked passing defense, giving up almost 230 passing yards per game and more importantly 21 passing touchdowns overall.
Using our free D-PAC Score at the Faceoff Sports Network, the Atlanta Falcons have the highest quarterback D-PAC Score among all 32 NFL teams. In short, the higher the D-PAC Score, the more often those teams allow high-level, usable, fantasy points to that position.
All things considered, Darnold may not throw for over 300 yards, as he’s averaged just under 250 all season. However, a two or three-touchdown performance is well within his reach. Darnold wraps up our fantasy football quarterback rankings for Week 14 as our “Start of the Week”.
