Fantasy Football Rankings and Tiers | Quarterbacks – Week 4

0

Welcome to Week 4 of the 2024 NFL season! Today, I will give you my top 12 fantasy football rankings and tiers for quarterbacks in Week 4. Each week, I’ll separate them into tiers along with one “Start of the Week.”

Week 3 finally saw Dak Prescott and Joe Burrow return to QB1 status. We had exceptional QB1 performances Monday night with Josh Allen and rookie Jayden Daniels. We also had QB1 finishes from Malik Willis, Andy Dalton, Sam Darnold (again), Justin Fields, and Daniel Jones just to name a few. Needless to say, after 3 weeks of the regular season, the quarterback landscape is definitely not what we thought it would be.

Here you will find my top 12 Fantasy Football QB rankings and tiers for Week 4. Each week, I’ll separate them into tiers along with one “Start of the Week.”

Week 4 QB Fantasy Football Rankings: Start of the Week

Baker Mayfield vs. Philadelphia Eagles

Up until last week’s disappointing performance at home against the Denver Broncos, Mayfield was the QB1 overall in fantasy. No really, he was! While nobody expected Mayfield to continue to be atop the quarterback rankings, very few would have predicted a 9.5 fantasy points performance at home in Week 3.

Thankfully for Mayfield, the Buccaneers welcome the Philadelphia Eagles to Raymond James Stadium in Week 4. Before the Eagles brought quarterback Derek Carr back to earth in Week 3, their defense and secondary was among the bottom half of the league. Notably, the Eagles could be without their top cornerback Darius Slay. after he left last week’s game late in the 4th quarter with an undisclosed injury, possibly leaving rookies Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean with more responsibility.

While I don’t expect a return to QB1 overall numbers for Baker this week, I do expect him to perform much better than last week, with the possibility of producing low QB1 numbers.
