Week 17 Fantasy Football RB Rankings: Start of the Week
James Conner at Los Angeles Rams
If you’ve been following along this year, you’d know that I absolutely love James Conner for the fantasy football playoffs. Thankfully, he did not disappoint in Week 15 against the New England Patriots as he finished as the RB1 with 30.8 PPR fantasy points.
Last week he exited the the game in the 3rd quarter with an apparent knee injury. However, that was not before amassing 166 total yards, one touchdown for 24.60 fantasy points. Ultimately, Conner’s day could have been even bigger.
This week, Conner has another outstanding matchup, this time on the road against the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams have the 28th-worst rushing defense in the NFL. Notably, they have allowed an average of 135.4 rushing yards per game to go along with 13 rushing touchdowns for the season.
The “James Conner will bring me my championship” culminates this week. Pay attention to his injury reports but if he plays, sit back, enjoy, and good luck this week. Conner is my RB9 for Week 17 and wraps up our fantasy football RB rankings for this exciting 2024 season.
