Top 3 TE Streaming Options for Week 10: Fantasy Football 2024

For Week 10, there are four teams on their bye week. The Cleveland Browns, Green Bay Packers, Las Vegas Raiders, and the Seattle Seahawks. That means we’ll be without the talented rookie Brock Bowers along with a few other possible starters such as David Njoku and Tucker Kraft. Taysom Hill (QB/TE – NOS) vs. Atlanta Falcons

Last week, Taysom Hill was one of my top TE streaming options and I’m running it back again. Last week he finished as the TE5 overall and had 16 PPR points. This week, he gets another solid matchup against the Falcons.

Unfortunately, this offense has been hurt badly with injuries. After losing both backup running backs Jamaal Williams and Kendre Miller, now Chris Olave is out too. Olave now has had four confirmed concussions in his NFL career. Additionally, Rashid Shaheed is on IR and is expected to miss the entire rest of the season.

Between all of the injuries to this offense and now Olave out, Hill is going to be even more involved. This week, he faces the Falcons who give up the 10th-most fantasy points per game to tight ends. His roster ownership has flown up to 81% on Sleeper, meaning there are still some leagues in which he’s available. Grab him if he’s available and start him as a very strong streaming option.

Jonnu Smith (TE – MIA) @ Los Angeles Rams

Veteran tight end Jonnu Smith has strung together a handful of solid games this year. Over the last four weeks, he’s averaging 6.8 targets per game. He also has three games with 10 or more PPR points this year. More importantly, his snap percentage has steadily increased in the last four games as well. Smith gets a decent matchup this week against the Rams, who give up the 13th-most fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends. Smith is rostered in 69% of Sleeper leagues right now.

Theo Johnson (TE – NYG) @ Carolina Panthers

We’re at the point in the season where you just might be starting anyone who is taking on the Carolina Panthers. This week, the Giants go on the road to Carolina, who give up the most fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends in the NFL. Recently, we dropped our Week 10 quarterback rankings and we had Daniel Jones as our ‘Start of the Week’. Theo Johnson goes right along with this narrative as he’s been heating up as of late.

Over the last two games, Johnson has totaled 10 targets. Additionally, he found the end zone last week against the Washington Commanders. Keep an eye on his status as he’s been dealing with a knee and back injury. However, there really aren’t a ton of great options to stream at the tight end position this week. If you’re without Bowers or need a TE streaming option in Week 10, Johnson is rostered in 75% of Sleeper leagues.
