This week’s top DST streaming options were chosen based on factors like opponent weaknesses, turnover rates, and recent performances. These defenses are widely available in most leagues, giving fantasy managers a chance to take advantage of favorable matchups without the need for long-term commitments. Whether you’re looking for a one-week fix or a potential rest-of-season sleeper, these Week 14 DST streaming picks can deliver the stability and upside your fantasy lineup needs.

Arizona Cardinals DST vs. Seattle Seahawks

The first of our Week 14 DST streaming options Arizona Cardinals who are at home against the Seattle Seahawks. As of Thursday evening, the Cardinals DST is rostered in 31% of leagues on Sleeper. Just yesterday, this DST was rostered in 14% of leagues. As expected, they were a popular pick-up in our Week 14 waiver wire column.

These two teams faced off just two weeks ago in Week 12 at Seattle. In total, the Cardinals racked up 5 sacks on Geno Smith, forced a fumble, and recorded 1 interception as well. Impressively, they allowed just 285 of total offense as well. In the end, the Cardinals finished as the 6th-ranked DST in fantasy in Week 12.

This week, the Cardinals and Seahawks face off again. Over the last five weeks, Seattle has given up the 2nd-most fantasy points to opposing DSTs at 9.5 per game. Additionally, Seattle has the 12th-worst EPA in the league since Week 7.

Finally, with a 44.5 point total according to DraftKings, this is projected to be one of the lower-scoring games on the Week 14 slate. Look for this Cardinals DST to have another solid outing in Week 14. Also, you may want to keep them for your playoff run as well. They host the Patriots next week, followed by two road games against the Panthers and the Rams.

New Orleans Saints DST @ New York Giants

One of the most popular DSTs this week is going to be the New Orleans Saints. Previously rostered in just 14% of Sleeper leagues, the Saints DST has skyrocketed to being rostered in 69% of leagues as of Thursday evening.

In this matchup with the Giants, the total on DraftKings is just 41 points, making it one of the lowest for Week 14. Over the last two weeks, the Giants’ offensive line has given up 10 sacks. Additionally, they’ve held teams to 21 or fewer points in three straight games. Kirk Cousins and the Falcons put up 17 points, Jameis Winston and the Browns put up 14 points, and Matt Stafford and the Rams put up 21 points.

If you’re in need of a defense this week, make sure that no one has picked up the Saints DST yet. There’s a reason this is the most added DST over the last few days. No, this Saints defensive unit is not great. However, you can expect Drew Lock and this Giants offense to struggle. This is one of the worst offensive units in the NFL and their offensive line is struggling. Start the Saints DST with confidence and don’t be surprised if they’re one of the top-scoring DSTs in Week 14.

Miami Dolphins DST vs. New York Jets

Our last DST of the week is the Miami Dolphins who will host Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets. If you’re looking historically at this one, the Jets have lost 8-straight away games against the Dolphins. This week, we have a medium point total on this game at 45 points on DraftKings.

Since Week 7, the Dolphins defense is 15th in EPA while the Jets offensive unit is 11th in EPA. The Dolphins also allow the 7th-lowest yards per game in the NFL to opposing offenses with 311.4 yards per game according to TeamRankings. With all of the struggles that Rodgers and this offense have had, don’t be surprised if Miami is one of the top DSTs in Week 14.
