Free-NFL-Picks-ATS-and-Best-Bets-Week-10-2023

In this article, we cover our top free NFL picks against the spread (ATS) for Week 10 of the 2023 NFL season. In addition, we’ll give you our best bets of the week to target on your favorite sportsbook. Let’s win some money together.

As we reach the halfway mark of the 2023 NFL season, I have a question for all of you. Put your hand up if you had the Buffalo Bills at 5-4 and the 9th seed in the AFC in early November. Stop it; you are lying. I cannot believe what has gone on in Western New York.

Fresh off a massive loss to the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, Sean McDemott’s group fell 24-18 in a game that never felt particularly close. Losers of three of their last five contests, the same issues again plagued the team. They could not provide any resistance early on against a healthy Joe Burrow and a Bengals franchise that looks primed to go on another Super Bowl run.

Teams on Bye: Chiefs, Rams, Dolphins, Eagles

Furthermore, it was another forgetful day for Josh Allen and the rest of Buffalo’s offense. After starting hot with a touchdown on their first drive, they gained just 37 yards total on their next four possessions while taking a 14-point deficit into the halftime break. With no room for error, the Bills have games against the Philadelphia Eagles, Kansas City Chiefs, Dallas Cowboys, and Los Angeles Chargers on tap for the second half of the season. The conversation now shifts from who Buffalo will play in the playoffs to whether they will miss out on the postseason entirely. That is a statement that feels crazy to write. Coming off a 4-2 performance in Week 9, here are our Free NFL Picks for Week 10.

Free NFL Picks – Week 10

Cleveland Browns (+6.5) vs. Baltimore Ravens (-6.5)

The Browns are set to travel to M&T Bank Stadium to battle the Ravens in a massive AFC North Showdown. The team currently sits one game behind Baltimore for the division lead. Jim Schwartz’s defense continued its historic stretch of play a week ago. They pitched a shutout against the Arizona Cardinals in a 27-10 win. Overwhelming rookie Clayton Tune, the Browns sacked him eight times, including 2.5 from Dalvin Tomlinson. Meanwhile, Deshaun Watson was able to shake off the rust while returning from injury. He completed 19 of 30 passes for 219 yards and two touchdowns.

Making their case for the best team in the NFL, the Ravens dominated the Seahawks 37-3 in a game that was never close They held Seattle to just five first downs and 151 total yards. Moreover, this was the fourth time this season in which Mike McDonald’s group has kept an opponent to under nine points. Led offensively by Keaton Mitchell. The rookie running back racked up 138 yards on nine carries while also adding in his NFL touchdown. While Cleveland’s defense should be able to slow down Lamar Jackson and company and keep this one fairly close, expect Baltimore to pull away late and pull off the season sweep.

Pick: Ravens (-6.5)

Houston Texans (+6.5) vs. Cincinnati Bengals (-6.5)

Houston rallied to defeat Tampa Bay 39-37 behind the brilliance of C.J. Stroud. Down by four with less than a minute remaining, the second overall pick from April’s draft drove the length of the field while finding Tank Dell for the game-winning score. He passed for a rookie-record 470 yards and five touchdowns on the day.

Beginning to click on all cylinders after a disastrous start to the season, the Bengals picked up a big win over the Bills on Sunday Night Football. The team held Allen to just 258 passing yards while forcing two turnovers, including an interception from cornerback Cam Taylor-Britt. Furthermore, Burrow threw for a season-high 348 yards and two touchdowns. Houston is a nice story, and they play hard under head coach DeMeco Ryans. Nonetheless, this will be their toughest test against a Cincinnati team that is beginning to look like the franchise many picked to win the Super Bowl before the start of the year.

Pick: Bengals (-6.5)

Detroit Lions (-3) vs. Los Angeles Chargers (+3)

Aiming to keep pace with the Philadelphia Eagles in the race for the number one seed in the NFC, the Lions will square off against the Chargers in a rare inter-conference matchup. Coming off a Week 9 bye, Detroit bounced back after being beaten down by the Ravens. The team knocked off the Las Vegas Raiders 26-14. Expected to get reinforcements in the backfield, running back David Montgomery will play after missing the last two games with a rib injury.

Returning home on a short week, the Chargers got past the Jets on Monday Night Football. The team was able to overcome a slow night from Justin Herbert thanks to the play of its stellar defense and special teams. Making life miserable for Zach Wilson, they sacked the former number two overall pick eight times while forcing four fumbles.

Furthermore, Derius Davis also returned a punt 87 yards for a touchdown to open the scoring. Los Angeles is coming off back-to-back wins. They have looked better in the last two weeks after a slow start to the year. However, Detroit’s high-powered passing attack will present a significant challenge for Brandon Staley’s defense, which has looked leaky at times. Swallow the three points and roll with the road team.

Pick: Lions (-3)

Washington Commanders (+6) vs. Seattle Seahawks (-6)

Now down to the fifth seed in the NFC, the Seahawks had their two-game winning streak snapped against Baltimore. Unable to get anything going offensively, Seattle was held to just 151 yards, its lowest total since 2017. Along with this, the team could not slow down the Raven’s potent ground attack. Behind a career day from Mitchell, John Harbaugh’s group rushed for a season-high 298 yards.

Washington held on for a 20-17 win against the New England Patriots. After a back-and-forth affair, cornerback Jartavius Martin intercepted Mac Jones late to seal the victory. Sam Howell completed 29 of his 45 passes for 325 yards, one touchdown, and an interception of his own. He was sacked three times. A road game in one of the toughest environments in the NFL will present a tall task for the first-year starter. Nonetheless, expect Howell to make enough plays against a Seahawks defense that has struggled to get off the field. Six points is too big a number.

Pick: Commanders (+6)

Indianapolis Colts vs. New England Patriots (O/U 43)

In the second game of the NFL’s Germany series, the Colts and Patriots will play on Sunday morning at Frankfurt stadium. Indianapolis is still in the hunt in the AFC playoff race. They conquered the Carolina Panthers 27-13 behind a big day from cornerback Kenny Moore. The veteran cornerback returned two Bryce Young interceptions for touchdowns. He became the first player in franchise history with two pick-6s in a game and just the second NFL player to do it in the past 11 years.

Off to their worst start under the guidance of head coach Bill Belichick, the Patriots’ downward spiral continued last week against the Commanders. After falling behind early, the team rallied to take a 17-10 lead late. Notwithstanding, a late-game interception from Jones sealed the win for Washington. New England has scored over 17 points just once in its last eight games. Moreover, Gardner Minshew has been streaky for the Colts since taking over for the injured Anthony Richardson. Play the under, with 43 points being way too high a total.

Pick: Under 43

Tennessee Titans vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (O/U 39)

Following his four-touchdown performance against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 8, Will Levis struggled against the Steelers a week ago. Hit and harassed by Pittsburgh’s defense all night long, he was pressured on half his dropbacks. The 33rd overall pick from April’s draft completed just 22 of his 39 passes for 262 yards and an interception.

Suddenly reeling after their 3-0 start, the Buccaneers have lost four in a row. Blowing a golden opportunity against the Texans, Baker Mayfield found tight end Cade Otton for the go-ahead touchdown score with 46 seconds left. However, the Buccaneers allowed Stroud to drive the field before finding Dell in the back of the end zone. While both of these teams are searching for answers with their seasons slipping away, inserting Levis at quarterback has unlocked Tennesee’s passing game. Paired with Mayfield coming off his best start of the season, we will play the over in this one on a low number.

Pick: Under 39
