Malaki Branham is averaging 12.6 points per game, but in the month of February, the freshman averaged 17.1 PPG and saw himself scoring double figures in 6 out 8 games, before that he only had only seen himself score double figures in 6 out of their last 18 games.

Moving forward this is a huge confident booster heading towards March and Ohio State will continue to want to keep his confidence high. Branham has hit this number in 5 out of his last 9 games and also put up 35 vs Nebraska earlier in the year. Both these teams combined for 166 points earlier in the year and the total for this game is at 149.5 and with Nebraska being 35th in Pace per game and also being ranked 201 in defensive rating I believe we’ll see a quick pace game, this should fit right into Branham scoring as he’s great at driving to the basket.

With people worried about E.J Liddell stealing the usage from Branham I’m going to fade on Liddell tonight as Nebraska has had his number throughout his career. In E.J Liddell’s 4 career games vs Nebraska he’s averaged 9.5 points and put up 10 earlier in the season, with his O/U at 20 I don’t believe he gets there as he’s only hit 20+ points in 2 out of his last 6 games.
