NFL Best Bet of the Day – Browns vs. Commanders

Our best bet wager between Cleveland and Washington will target the Over on Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels’ passing prop, currently set at 202.5, on a single-unit wager.

The game total for this matchup currently sits at 43.5, signifying professional oddsmakers and sportsbooks are anticipating a relatively high-eventful game between two teams heading in opposite directions in their respective conferences.

After a lopsided 37-20 loss in Week 1 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Washington has reeled off three consecutive victories, led in large part by the stellar play of rookie sensation Daniels.

Among active starting quarterbacks, the former Heisman Trophy winner ranks first in both Completion Percentage (82.1%) and Expected Completion Percentage (73.4%), second in Completion Percentage Above Expectation (+8.7%), and fourth in Passer Rating (107.4), per NFL Next Gen Stats.

In addition, the rookie phenom has thrown just one interception thus far this season, which ranks second-fewest in football, only behind Josh Allen.

It’s also important to note that Daniels has surpassed 202.5 passing yards in three of four games this year, accounting for a terrific 75% success/hit rate. Notably, he’s been consistent for fantasy football purposes, according to our free fantasy football tool, the Consistency Score.

The Commanders also enter this contest as three-point home favorites and (-160) favorites to win outright, which carries with it a hefty 61.54% implied-win probability, meaning the Commanders are expected to carry play, play with the lead, and dictate the tempo of the game.

Look for Daniels to exceed his passing prop at an attractive (-110) price point for our NFL best bet of the day.
