Justin Fields Over 34.5 Rushing Yards
Quarterback rushing yards are my favorite picks week-in and week-out. In his last seven games, Fields has run the ball 45 times for an average of 7.24 yards per attempt. In a five-game stretch from week six to week 11, the Vikings allowed four quarterbacks to either eclipse 100 rushing yards or average more than 10 YPC. I’ll be hitting this one hard today!
Nick Chubb Over 7.5 Receiving Yards
Even with Nick Mullens at the helm today, there’s a lot of hope for the short passing game. In each of the Raiders’ last three contests, they allowed two opposing running backs to rack up more than 10 receiving yards on 22 total receptions. With Kareem Hunt still out, there’s little reason to not smash the ‘over’ on this pick.
Darnell Mooney Over 4 Receptions
This one seems kind of obvious, but I mention it anyway. Mooney has surpassed this catch total in three of his last four games and four of his last six. The Vikings have allowed five different wide receivers to beat this number in their four games, including Amon-Ra St. Brown and Ray-Ray McCloud. The release of Bashaud Breeland by Minnesota makes this even more tantalizing.
Foster Moreau Under 25.5 Receiving Yards
I don’t like to play the ‘under’ on anyone, but sometimes I have to do it. Moreau has only surpassed his mark once since taking over at tight end and has only one catch in three of the last four games. The Browns seem like a softer defense against tight ends, but they got blown up by Mark Andrews twice in the last three games. Moreau is no Andrews.
