Welcome to Week 8! We hope you were reading last week as we went 7-0! Our record for the year is now at 33-17 overall, 27-12 on sides, and 6-5 on totals. We will keep it short and sweet and get right into it.

Denver Broncos @ Jacksonville Jaguars (London)

The Pick: Denver +1.5

Russ was reportedely doing knee highs and watching film on the plane, while his team slept. Russ working hard and telling everybody about it. Will it pay off in London against Jacksonville? Both teams have dropped four straight, but Denver’s defense should be the difference here.

Chicago Bears @ Dallas Cowboys

The Pick: Chicago +10

The Bears played their best football of the year last Monday night beating the Patriots, much to the dismay of survivor pool players everywhere. Justin Fields is getting more designed runs, the running game is strong and the Bears’ defense is certainly formidable. Matt Euberflus has done a solid job thus far in his rookie campaign as Bears’ head coach. The Bears aren’t getting much respect still, and I think they can stay within this number. Maybe sprinkle a little on the moneyline.

Miami Dolphins @ Detroit Lions

The Pick: Detroit +3.5

The Lions are getting healthier this week getting back D’Andre Swift, Amon-Ra St. Brown, and Josh Reynolds. Buy the spread up to 4 if you can and take Detroit.

New Orleans Saints @ Las Vegas Raiders

The Pick: Over 49

Both these defenses are struggling right now and both teams have played games in the 50s or more in every game the last three weeks. This one should hit over sometime in the beginning to middle of the 4th quarter.

Pittsburgh Steelers @ Philadelphia Eagles

The Pick: Steelers +11

Philly is 6-0, maybe they are feeling themselves a little too much, and this a bit of a slip-up game coming off the win against Dallas last week? We will back Mike Tomlin and his Steelers getting 11 points, which is always a lot in the NFL.

San Francisco 49ers @ Los Angeles Rams

The Pick: Rams +1

The Rams had a bye week last week which gave Matthew Stafford time to rest that elbow a bit and try to get things in order on offense. The good news is Allen Robinson finally popped some before the bye. There will be no Deebo Samuel for the 49ers this week, so Christian McCaffrey‘s role will certainly be increased. George Kittle and Brandon Aiyuk will also need to step up. I will take Sean McVay with the extra week to prepare as the home dog.
