Parris Campbell To The Giants – Fantasy Outlook

Fantasy Football Outlook: The former Buckeye showed a lot of promise when entering the league. Unfortunately, Campbell struggled to stay healthy throughout his career with the Colts. Last year, he finally put together an entire season, posting 62 receptions for 623 yards and three touchdowns.
At this point, it seems the Giants are committed to adding weapons for Daniel Jones. With the addition of Campbell, they now have better options at wide receiver than last year. In addition to Campbell, they retained both Darius Slayton and Sterling Shepard.
Even with the additions to the wide receiver room, it would not be surprising if they make a move for the alpha wide receiver this offseason. While their current receivers would be great second options for other NFL franchises, the Giants might still need to make a move for one of the top wide receivers in the NFL Draft or via trade.
The biggest thing to take away for fantasy purposes is that Darren Waller will likely emerge as the number-one option in the receiving game. I foresee him being a target monster for Jones and reasserting himself as a top-tier tight end.
Campbell would be a great late option in best ball drafts, and he will have his spike games similar to last year. Overall, it doesn’t seem easier to trust Campbell as a viable weekly fantasy option until we have a clearer picture of the wide receiver hierarchy.
