Quarterbacks
Josh Allen ($8,800)
Josh Allen comes into this matchup averaging 24.04 Fanduel points per game while averaging 38.2 passing attempts per game. The Saints have given up the 8th most FanDuel points per game to opposing quarterbacks at 19.6. Also, the Saints have given up the most rushing touchdowns in the league to opposing quarterbacks, while Josh Allen already has three rushing touchdowns this season. Given his high passing volume and his production on the ground, Allen makes for a great play this Thanksgiving.
Dak Prescott ($8,200)
Prescott heads into this game looking to get back on track as he put up just 4.64 FanDuel points last week against the Kansas City Chiefs. He has put up 20.49 FanDuel points per game this season, so the Chiefs game seems like an outlier game. The Raiders defense has been right around league average giving up 18.2 FanDuel points per game to opposing quarterbacks. Prescott has attempted a healthy 36.5 passes per game and given the highest projected total on the slate, Prescott is in a prime spot for a bounceback game.
Derek Carr ($7,400)
Derek Carr comes in this game averaging 17.78 Fanduel points per game averaging over 37 pass attempts per game. The Raiders are willing to let him throw the ball often this season, and given the projected spread could see more chances to throw being behind. He has shown the potential to put up 20 plus point performances this season and gives you a nice discount from the top two quarterbacks on this slate.
Running Backs
David Montgomery ($7,500)
Since coming back from injury, David Montgomery has taken back his workhouse role and has received15 touches per game. Both of those games were against good run defenses of the Ravens and Steelers. This Thursday he gets the Detroit Lions defense giving the third-most FanDuel points per game, third-most yards, and third-most touchdowns to opposing running backs. Look for the Bears to rely on Montgomery to control the ball, setting him up for a nice fantasy day.
D’Andre Swift ($8,000)
Swift has been the lone bright spot this season for the Detroit Lions and has put up really good games for his fantasy managers. He has put up at least 15 FanDuel points in five of his last six games and has a consistent workload in the passing game. The Bears defense have given up 20.5 FanDuel points per game to opposing running back so the Lions will look to keep their best player involved as often as possible.
Josh Jacobs ($6,700)
Jacobs falls into a nice price range given his usage in this Raiders offense. Over the last few weeks, the carries have been stuck around 10 because the Raiders have been playing from behind during both contests. What gives us hope is the fact that he is now getting the passing game work with 12 targets in those games. I will gladly take that volume with the saving and usage Jacobs receives.
Matt Breida ($5,300)
Suggesting a Bills running back is not something people typically do, but Breida has been involved over the last two weeks. He has looked good running the football in limited snaps averaging over nine YPC. There have been multiple reports saying the Bills are looking to get Breida more involved this week, so paying down here in a small slate could pay off big time.

Wide Receivers
Stefon Diggs ($8,300)
Given a slate with not a lot of elite options at wide receiver, Diggs stands alone. He has 92 targets this season posting a 60-773-6 so far this season. He is Josh Allen’s favorite target and gets a Saints defense allowing 30.9 FanDuel points per game to opposing wide receivers which is the 9th most in the league.
Michael Gallup ($6,500)
Michael Gallup returned to action two weeks ago and has 15 targets in those contests. The Cowboys are without Amari Cooper this week and possibly Ceedee Lamb. Gallup vaults into a larger role with Cooper out and in the case Lamb is also ruled out Gallup will act as the team’s number one wide receiver. He gives us tremendous upside with his mid-tier price tag in a game featuring a 50.5 total.
Darnell Mooney ($6,800) & Marquise Goodwin ($5,400)
Mooney has begun to breakout the last couple of weeks, putting up back-to-back games over 19 FanDuel points. Over the last two games, he has garnered 22 targets and has scored three touchdowns. With Justin Fields doubtful, Andy Dalton would be the starter giving Mooney a better overall passer.
Goodwin was given an expanded workload in the absence of Allen Robinson last week put up a good game. He received eight targets and flashed a 4-104-1 game line. Goodwin provides us nice salary relief and will be low owned. If Allen Robinson plays I would not play Goodwin.
Tight Ends
Darren Waller ($7,300)
Darren Waller after struggling this season broke through last week with a seven-catch 116-yard performance. Over the last three weeks, he has had 26 total targets along with 232 yards. Now, he gets a matchup with the Cowboys who have given up 11.9 FanDuel points per game against tight ends which is 8th most in the league. Waller is the Raiders de facto number one receiver and an elite play for this slate.
Dalton Schultz ($6,000)
Dalton Schultz had been a strong option for Dak Prescott this season but struggled to get involved heavily when Michael Gallup returned. Last week with Amari Cooper out he posted a nice 6-53 line with eight targets. With Cooper being ruled out again he will be in line for that third option role in which he has thrived. Also, the Raiders have given up the 4th most points to tight ends this season. The Raiders defense has given up six touchdowns to tight ends and 667 yards. Schultz’s additional workload and the Raider’s weak tight-end defense give him a nice ceiling Thursday.
DST
All of the defensive units are in play for this slate and it just comes down to how much salary you need to save and wanting to make sure you don’t play defense against more than one offensive player. Do not be afraid to go down and grab the cheaper defenses as the Saints and Raiders play against offenses that pass a lot giving them opportunities to intercept passes and rack up sacks.
