Welcome to our single game breakdown for Week 10 Thursday Night Football. This article will provide a quick analysis of players to consider on FanDuel for this matchup between the Ravens and Dolphins. We’re excited to announce that The FF Faceoff is an official Affiliate of FanDuel, so if you haven’t signed up, do so here. Let’s get right to it in Thursday Night NFL FanDuel Picks: Ravens @ Dolphins.

The Baltimore Ravens are set to travel to Miami to take on the Dolphins to kick off Week 10 action in the NFL. The Ravens are currently 7.5 point favorites and the game features a 46.5 total. For the Ravens, Marquise Brown, Latavius Murray, and Sammy Watkins are all listed as questionable. For the Dolphins, Tua Tagovailoa is officially out, while DeVante Parker and Will Fuller remain on IR for this week’s game.

MVP Options

Lamar Jackson ($17,500)

Lamar Jackson is the most expensive player on the slate by $2,500 and for good reason. He is averaging 25.42 FanDuel points per game. Additionally, he is averaging just over 276 passing yards per game with an additional 75 yards per game on the ground. Jackson has added 15 total touchdowns on the year. The Dolphins have given up the most passing yards in the league and have given up over 20 points per game to opposing quarterbacks. I have Jackson projected for almost 10 more points above the next player, so he is by far your best MVP option.

Marquise Brown ($13,500)

While Jackson is projected much higher than anyone else on this slate, he is going to be very chalky at the MVP spot. If you are going to go away from Jackson at MVP, I would try to target one of his top pass catchers. For me, it is Marquise Brown, who has taken a big step forward this season. Over his last four games, he has received 10 or more targets in three. We already know he has big-play potential, but adding the volume this season has pushed him to elite production. The Dolphins are one of the league’s worst pass defenses giving up the second-most yards, touchdowns, and third most FanDuel points to opposing wide receivers. It will take a big game to outscore Jackson, but given his workload in this offense, big-play upside, and the Dolphins poor pass defense Brown certainly has that in his range of outcomes.

Flex Plays

Rashod Bateman ($8,500)

Since coming back from his early-season injury, Rashod Bateman has garnered 20 targets in just three games. Given the previously mentioned Dolphins’ poor pass defense, getting to the Raven’s receivers is a priority. I like getting to Bateman as he gives us salary relief in a great matchup while having a good role inside of this offense.

Mike Gesicki ($12,500)

MikeGesicki has been a huge part of this Dolphins offense and offers a consistent target share with seven per game. He has gone over 50 yards in five of his last seven games. The Ravens have struggled mightily against opposing tight ends giving up 15.2 FanDuel points per game, second-worst in the league. They have also given up the third-most yards and second-most touchdowns to opposing tight ends.

Myles Gaskin ($11,000)

Myles Gaskin has certainly not been the model of efficiency, but over his last three games, he has been getting the volume. Finding a starting running back with this volume and this price is not something you see often. The Ravens have given up eight touchdowns to opposing running backs, so getting Gaskin at this price is somewhere I am willing to go.

Jacoby Brissett ($14,000) and Mark Andrews ($13,000)

Both Jacoby Brissett and Mark Andrews project pretty well in this matchup and are good plays but are not a priority as compared to some of the other high-salary plays on the slate. You’ll save $1,000 with Brissett at $14,000 from Tagovailoa who was listed at $15,000 as the starter. I will certainly have shares of these two throughout my lineups but will be much higher on previously mentioned plays.
