Week 10 DraftKings Bargain Bin Plays and DFS Values
The Week 10 main slate is a little lighter than we like compared to other weeks as we have four teams on their bye week, the Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, New England Patriots, and the New York Jets. We have the Seahawks playing the Buccaneers at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday in Munich, Germany. Don’t fret as there is still plenty of bargains and values out there so let’s get into it!

QUARTERBACKS
Russell Wilson ($5,900)
Being massively disappointing this season with the Broncos, coming off the bye may be the start to the Russell Wilson of old. We have been spoiled by Wilson starting hot, then going cold in the second half. For the season Wilson is the QB22 to date. I’m hoping he turns it around starting this week and returns the value at his lowest cost for the season here in Week 10.
Trevor Lawrence ($5,400)
Going up against the Kansas City Chiefs this week could have a shootout potential. The Chiefs have given up on average 271 passing yards and two touchdowns a game. Trevor Lawrence has been averaging 235 passing yards a game with three of them being multi-touchdown games. The Jaguars are going to have to keep up with the Chiefs in this one. I can see Lawrence going over 300 passing yards for the second time this season with his fourth multi-touchdown game.
RUNNING BACKS
Jeff Wilson Jr. ($5,500)
The run we had with Raheem Mostert was fun as both players had nine carries. Jeff Wilson was more efficient with his carries (51 versus 26) and saw more targets (three versus two). Both scored a touchdown and it’s looking like a 50/50 but the $600 savings are worth the difference.
Najee Harris ($5,500)
How the mighty have fallen. What was once a top running back last season, has been a total bust this season. Najee Harris has now been below $6K for the second week and now you have my attention. He just needs to be more efficient (3.3 YPC) with both touches and catches (24 receptions, 112 yards).
Not only that but scored more touchdowns last year (3 to 6). I hope this week’s volume consists of this as New Orleans just gave up a 24/93/2 stat line to Kenyan Drake.
Cam Akers ($4,500)
This backfield remains a mess but I still can’t get off the Cam Akers ban wagon. Yeah, he’s only averaging two points per contest but has the most upside in this backfield. After being gone from the team for two weeks, Akers got five carries and turned that into a measly three yards. The Seahawks and Vikings were able to run on Arizona, and I’m hoping Akers can bounce back and be something more than a 2022 bust.
WIDE RECEIVERS
Jerry Jeudy ($5,700)
After a slow start to the season, Jerry Jeudy has been on a tear and I hope it carries on here after his bye. Over his last two games, Jeudy has been averaging 17.45 points and has seen a total of 18 targets (13 catches) turning that into 159 yards and a touchdown. He has another chance to make it three games in a row here against the Tennessee Titans who tend to struggle (29th) against wide receivers.
Rondale Moore ($5,200)
Rondale Moore had been playing in the slot in four of the last six games with a 24% target share there. When he’s playing here he’s been seeing no less than eight targets and recently matched his season-high 10 targets last week. With that said he’s had double-digit PPR points which is what we love here at DraftKings.
Touchdowns are fluky as he has one on the season. Here’s thinking a great game is coming now that hopefully, Kliff Kingsbury has been taking notes.
George Pickens ($5,000)
With the trade of Chase Claypool to Chicago, George Pickens has been officially pushed into the WR2 role for the Steelers. After being on the field for 86% of the snaps, Pickens saw his lowest (three) targets of his career and didn’t catch one of them. Pickens hasn’t seen any lower than six targets since week two. He should look to bounce back here in a favorable matchup.
Donovan Peoples-Jones ($4,300)
It’s surprising how low Donovan Peoples-Jones is down here as he’s put up 70 or more receiving yards in four of his last five games. Peoples-Jones has been on the field for 87.1% and holds a 21.7% target share per PlayerProfiler on the season.
He’s been very effective but is still looking for his first receiving touchdown of the season. Against a Miami defense that has been giving up 233.6 receiving yards and 1.67 touchdowns to pass catchers over the last three games DPJ’s odds are looking good.
Marquez Valdes-Scantling ($4,100)
When looking at true boom/bust Marquez Valdes-Scantling is your player. Mecole Hardman has been on fire scoring 47.9 points over his last two games while Valdes-Scantling has scored 19.3. It’s been a tale of two different sets of four games for MVS.
In Valdes-Scantling’s first four games he saw 22 targets. Over his last four, he’s seen 16, and it’s been dropping since Week 5 when he saw eight targets. Andy Reid is a smart coach and adapts to his playmakers. Defenses will begin to figure out how to take out Hardman, leaving Valdes-Scantling to feast.
TIGHT ENDS
Dalton Schultz ($3,800)
Over his last two games, Dalton Schultz has 11 receptions for 123 yards and gets a banged-up Green Bay Packers defense. The Packers will be down Eric Stokes for this game and more and also lost Rashan Gary for the season with a torn ACL. The Packers have also given up three touchdowns to tight ends over their last two games. The Cowboys are running on all cylinders and Schultz has an opportunity to have a big game coming.
Greg Dulcich ($3,400)
Finally, how is Greg Dulcich still so cheap? He has been carving a role in this Broncos offense as he has 14 targets and has turned that into 10 receptions for 138 yards over his last two games. Furthermore, he’s also scored double-digit fantasy points since taking the field in Week 6. Finally, Tennessee ranks 26th against the tight end position.
Recently Travis Kelce had 10 receptions for 106 yards against the Titans. The Titans have been giving up some big games (Mo Alie-Cox 6/85/2 in Week 5) but have also others in check. Don’t let the green low rank fool you, they can shut down tight ends. Those tight ends aren’t as big in their offenses. Dulcich on the other hand is a big part of the Broncos’ offense.
