I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving with family and is ready to get back to win some cash. The picks below are specifically for FanDuel large field tournaments. I try to mix in some different prices and ownership to allow you to build a competitive team each week. Create your FanDuel account and make your first deposit to claim your bonus today here. Continue reading for my advice on which players you should target in GPP tournaments for Week 12 on FanDuel.

Quarterbacks

Joe Burrow – $8,600 – Ownership Proj. 5%

Burrow faces the pass funnel defense of the Tennessee Titans this week and it looks as though he’ll be without Joe Mixon. On top of that, he’ll get his favorite target back as stud wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase is expected to play, even if it’s in a limited fashion. The Bengals are projected to score 22 points and with only 31% of the touchdowns coming from the ground this should all work toward Burrow having a solid day.

Geno Smith – $7,500 – Ownership Proj. 10%

Being a New York Jets fan I never thought the time would come when I would be giving praise to Geno Smith, but that time is here. Smith is completing over 72% of his passes with a 17/5 touchdown to interception ratio which is more than impressive for the Smith who I and so many others remember. This week he’ll face the Las Vegas Raider team who is allowing their opponents to score on 42% of their drives.

Running Backs

Josh Jacobs – $8,700 – Ownership Proj. 15%

Jacobs has had 20 touches in all but three games this season and over the two games, he scored 27 in each. The Raiders’ passing game isn’t nearly as effective as we would have hoped but that’s led to higher usage of Jacobs. The Seahawks are allowing 4.4 YPC and 140 rushing yards and 1.2 touchdowns per game. His usage in the passing game minimizes the chance of him being removed by gamescript.

James Conner – $7,000 – Ownership Proj. 7%

In the two weeks since the Cardinals released Eno Benjamin, Conner has scored 34.5 FanDuel points. The Cardinals face the Chargers defense that allows 5.5 YPC, 148 rushing yards, and 1.1 touchdowns per game. Quarterback Kyler Murray is returning from a hamstring injury which should reduce the chance that he vultures a touchdown from Conner.

Antonio Gibson / Brian Robinson – $6,100 / $6,100 – Ownership Proj. 6% / 4%

I went Robinson against the Texans last week but that didn’t work out as well as I would have hoped. The Falcons are allowing 4.4 YPC and have allowed the fourth most rushing touchdowns on the season with 15. Taylor Heinicke hasn’t thrown a touchdown in the last two weeks so it looks like the Commanders will need some production from their ground game. You could go either way here as both get usage but I’m going with Gibson since he seems to get more of the red zone work.

Wide Receivers

Christian Kirk – $7,700 – Ownership Proj. 9%

Over the last four games, Kirk is averaging just under 10 targets per game and on the season he’s getting 34% of the red zone looks on the Jaguars. The Ravens are only allowing an average of 86 rushing yards per game so the Jaguars will need to be effective through the air to have a chance to pull this win out.

Mike Evans – $7,600 – Ownership Proj. 9%

The Buccaneers face the Browns this week and with Leonard Fournette is listed as doubtful. I think if/when he’s ruled out there will be a huge bump in ownership to rookie running back Rachaad White. We know that Evans is always in play for a multi-touchdown game and if that happens this week we would have some great leverage as the field will be far higher on White than Evans when getting exposure to this game.

DK Metcalf – $7,200 – Ownership Proj. 15%

We already touched on Geno Smith in the article so he’s obviously throwing to someone and this week I think Metcalf. The Raiders have the 32nd-ranked passing defense DVOA and are allowing 259 passing yards and 1.7 passing touchdowns per game thus far on the season. Metcalf sees almost eight targets per game as well as over 35% of his team’s red zone targets.

Tight Ends

Foster Moreau – $5,700 – Ownership Proj. 15%

The Raiders lost Hunter Renfrow last week which opened up some targets for others. I don’t see either of my tight ends putting up 30 fantasy points this week hell I don’t see 20 points but I think Moreau is in a good spot as Denver is 3rd in passing defense DVOA but ranks 20th in fantasy points allowed to tight ends on the season thus far. Las Vegas is projected to trail so the passing game should be alive all game.

Gerald Everett – $5,200 – Ownership Proj. 4%

Mike Williams is out this week and the Chargers are facing the Arizona Cardinals. Those are two great reasons to slide Everett into your lineup this week. He also comes in at only $5,200 and only 4% projected ownership which is great for us. Everett is also getting over six targets per game and is leading the Chargers in red zone targets which may only increase with Williams being out.

DSTs

Carolina Panthers – $3,900

This is simply a combination of the Denver Broncos scoring on the league’s lowest percentage of drives at 27% and the Panthers being at home and getting the league’s 12th-highest hurry percentage. Russell Wilson has a passer rating of only 57.5 when under pressure so we’ll look for that to translate into some sacks and hopefully a turnover for 6.

GPP Stacks

Los Angeles Rams @ Kansas City Chiefs

This is more of a volume play here so don’t deem me insane just yet. The Rams are starting Bryce Perkins this week and are 15-point underdogs meaning he should throw until his arm falls off. Perkins also has some rushing ability and is only $6,600 so hitting his GPP target score range is a possibility. I would be paring him with tight end Higbee and then run back with tight end Travis Kelce or even running back Isaiah Pacheco who should get late work with the Chiefs leading.

Las Vegas Raiders @ Seattle Seahawks

As I said earlier Geno Smith has turned his career around this year and the Raiders shouldn’t be a major hurdle in him continuing that. I’ll pair Smith with wide receiver DK Metcalf but you could also use tight end Noah Fant if you want to save some salary and then run back with running back Josh Jacobs or wide receicer Davante Adams.
