Thursday Night Football Prop Bets: Bills @ Rams

bills-rams-player-prop-bets

The 2022 NFL season kicks off tonight as the Buffalo Bills head on the road to take on the defending Super Bowl Champions, the Las Angeles Rams. Josh Allen and this Bills squad are all in on making a Super Bowl run and are the favorites to win it all just about anywhere you look. Matthew Stafford and the Rams will be looking to defend their title. Here are our favorite player prop bets to target in this one.

Darrell Henderson Over 48.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards

-110 DraftKings and Caesars

The reigning Super Bowl champions are underdogs at home versus the Buffalo Bills. If betting home underdogs isn’t your thing (I’m taking the Rams Moneyline as well), a shot at Darrell Henderson picking up more than 50 rushing and receiving yards is a pretty safe play. The Rams’ backfield has been a bit murky since last year. This year the books are opening with that murkiness in mind with Akers rush+rec yards also low – over 60.5 at -115. I’ll take the lower number of yards with reduced juice and the guy not coming off of a torn Achilles. – Seth Keller @fftheathomedad

Allen Robinson Anytime TD

+140 DraftKings

The Bills will be without Tre’Davious White for this game. That means Kaiir Elam will have his hands full with Cooper Kupp, leaving Allen Robinson with an excellent matchup. Sean McVay will want to get the new shiny toy involved in the offense early in the game. At +140, Robinson to score anytime is a good value. – Mike Fanelli @Mike_NFL2

Gabriel Davis Anytime TD

+160 BetMGM

Gabriel Davis is expected to be locked up with David Long Jr., the 100th ranked cornerback at Player Profiler. The polarizing wideout has been the talk of the fantasy football landscape and is set up to pop in the season opener now that he’s locked into the No. 2 wide receiver spot in Josh Allen’s high-octane passing attack. Getting +160 for Davis’ anytime touchdown bet is terrific value for a player who has scored 18 total touchdowns, including the playoffs, in his first two seasons as a pro while operating as a part-time player for most of that time. – Anthony Cervino @TheRealNFLguru

Devin Singletary Over 11.5 Rushing Attempts

-120 DraftKings

Over the final six games of the season last year Singletary averaged 17 rush attempts per game establishing himself as the featured back. Even with the addition of James Cook, I expect Singletary to continue last season’s momentum and get the majority of touches. The Bills are 2.5 point favorites and did not lose a game last season when Singletary got 12 or more carries. – Tyler Posey @CoachTPosey

Josh Allen & Matthew Stafford Each Over 249.5 Passing Yards  *Super Boost*

+125 Caesars

This last one is a promo going on over at Caesars Sportsbook for both quarterbacks to throw for 250 yards or more. If I were betting on these individually, I’d be more inclined to take Stafford, but both quarterbacks should hit the over on this one. Allen’s passing yard line alone is set at 275.5 while Stafford’s is set at 274.5. The maximum bet for this one is set at $25, which means you’ll win $56.25 if it hits. This one comes with fairly minimal risk as far as promotions go. That being said, it makes sense since they capped this one at $25. Take advantage of the promos such as this in Week 1. – Aaron Schill @aaron_schill
