We took some time off but are back with another MLB Best Bets article. Let’s start this week’s segment off right this Tuesday. Yankees @ Orioles – NRFI (-115 DraftKings)
These two division foes will start us off for today’s MLB Best Bets. Dean Kremer in 5 outings this season has not given up a run in the first inning this season. Cortez has not given up a run in the first inning in his last 4 outings as well. Let’s go with this for the first MLB Best Bet of the day.
Cardinals @ Tigers – Game 1 – YRFI (-115 DraftKings)
Jack Flaherty and Kyle Gibson take the mound. Both of these pitchers are middle of the pack at best. Flaherty can struggle with walking guys to start the game until he settles in. Gibson has given up a run in the first inning in 3 of his last 4 games. Let’s go with this for the second MLB Best Bet of the day.
Willi Castro – Over 1.5 Total Bases (+140 DraftKings)
Castro has gone over 1.5 total bases in 4 of his last 6 games. At plus money I like him to hit this number again. Ballparkpal.com has the twins projected to have 5,48 runs in their simulator. I expect the bats to be going in a good matchup for them. Let’s go with this for the third MLB Best Bet of the day.
Yu Darvish – Over 5.5 Strikeouts (+125 DraftKings)
Darvish has hit this line in 2 of his last 5 games. Cincinnati is the 4th highest team in the MLB for strikeouts. Dravish is a workhorse and can give a lot of length. If he has his stuff working early I think this line is doobale at plus money. Let’s take this with the 4th MLB Best Bet of the day.
Cubs @ Mets – Cubs ML Early Win Token (+105 DraftKings)
Like always with these bets we are taking the away team in hopes of cashing in the top of the 1st inning. Sean Manaea has been pitching very well but this Cubs team has been hitting well landing at 7th in the MLB for runs scored. The Mets find themselves at 17th in the MLB for runs scored. I also like Javier Assad who is pitching for the Cubs today and will take this for my final MLB Best Bet of the day.
