This week, we have the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs. Kicking things off, we have two games on Saturday. First, we have Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens taking on the Houston Texans and rookie sensation CJ Stroud. Following that, we have Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers coming fresh off a massive upset over the Dallas Cowboys. Now, they take on Brock Purdy and the San Francisco 49ers on Saturday night.

On Sunday, we have Jared Goff and the Detroit Lions hosting Baker Mayfield and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the afternoon. Finally, we have Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs taking on Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills to finish things off. Needless to say, this might be the biggest game of the week. Let’s get right into the top player props and best bets for the NFL Playoffs this week.

PrizePicks Best Player Props for NFL Playoffs – Divisional Round

Jordan Love Over 249.5 Passing Yards

In the Saturday night matchup, we have the Packers on the road as heavy underdogs against the 49ers. Unfortunately, someone has to face the 49ers and it just happens to be the Packers. Needless to say, this is a very tough matchup for Love against arguably the best defense in the league. However, the 49ers defense can be beat through the air. Not to mention, Love has been on fire as of late.

Furthermore, Love has hit the over on the number in 6 of his last 8 games. In a matchup that is expected to have the 49ers winning by at least a touchdown, I’d count on the Packers needing the throw the ball plenty in this one. Even if the production to get him over this mark comes in garbage time.

Christian McCaffrey Over 92.5 Rushing Yards

Sticking in this same NFC matchup, I’m taking the over on McCaffrey’s rushing yard prop. Normally, I don’t target the star running back’s player prop bets, but this one has a good chance to hit. This year, the Packers have been one of the worst rushing defenses in the NFL, giving up 128.3 rushing yards per game. Notably, that’s the fifth-most in the NFL this year. In a game that could potentially be heavily in the 49ers’ favor, McCaffrey should get plenty of usage all game long, even if a chunk of that production happens while burning the clock in the fourth quarter.

Rachaad White Over 88.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards

Next up is another running back, this time the afternoon matchup on Sunday. White has been having a very solid breakout season and the production just continues every week. Whether it be through the ground or the air, White gets the work. In his last 6 games, White has 18 or more carries in 5 of them. Additionally, he is averaging 32.3 receiving yards per game this year. Despite a tough matchup on paper, I expect White to get his typical usage on the ground and for Mayfield to lean on White in the passing game as well.

Amon-Ra St. Brown Over 92.5 Receiving Yards

Staying in this same matchup in Detroit, I’ll be targeting St. Brown and the over on his yards as well. At this point, St. Brown deserves all the respect in the world as one of the best wide receivers in the game. In his last 5 games, St. Brown has gone for over 100 receiving yards in 4 of them. Additionally, he has scored a touchdown in 4 of those 5 games as well.

This Tampa Bay secondary has one bright spot, that being Antoine Winfield Jr. Outside of that, Carlton Davis has shown flashes at times, but the group just continues to give up production to opposing wide receivers week after week. Last week, DeVonta Smith had 8 catches for 148 yards and was heavily leaned on, despite getting blown out. In what could very well be their first playoff win since 1992, look for the star wide receiver to have a field day against this weak secondary.

Jayden Reed Under 10.5 Fantasy Score

Coming off an absolute dud performance against the Cowboys, I’ll be targeting Reed’s under in this one. Despite putting up 48 points against one of the toughest defenses in the NFL last week, Reed has a fairly high line this week. Specifically, his fantasy score total points is set at 10.5, which is a bit generous for someone who just had a 0-point performance.

Overall, this Packers offense has been slowly getting more and more playmakers involved. With a couple of talented rookie tight ends in Luke Musgrave and Tucker Kraft, look for Love to spread the ball out once again. Not to mention, running back Aaron Jones went off for three touchdowns last week and 100+ rushing yards. In a tough matchup against a very strong defense, you might consider fading Reed this week.

Aaron Jones Over 87.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards

Speaking of Jones, his total scrimmage yards this week is pretty low, all things considered. Coming off yet another 100+ yard rushing performance, that makes four-straight games with 111 or more rushing yards. Additionally, he has 20+ carries in those games as well. Jones is fully healthy and the Packers and Love are starting to remember just how reliable of a weapon Jones is. Hammer the over on this one and he may hit it from the rushing yards alone.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire Under 16.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards

This one should be fairly quick and straightforward. Despite being such a low bar, Edwards-Helaire simply cannot be trusted in any capacity. He’s averaging a measly 14.9 rushing yards per game this year, a career low. Additionally, he’s averaging just 3.2 YPC this year. Also a career low. Isiah Pacheco is the running back in this offense and that shouldn’t change anytime soon. Even if he gets a couple of carries in this one, Edwards-Helaire may as well not even be active at this point. Despite such a low number, I’d still bet that the under hits.
