Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Pickups Week 11

Welcome back to another edition of Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Pickups. We’re heading into Week 11 of the 2023 NFL season. For your fantasy football teams, adding the right players off the waiver wire is absolutely crucial to your fantasy football success. Follow along with us all season long and we’ll help you make your way into the fantasy football playoffs.

With the above in mind, no matter our record, there are always areas to improve. Regardless of your situation, here are players you should look to add for Week 11 based on CBS Fantasy Sports roster percentages. These players are listed in order of priority. Let’s get right into it with the top waiver wire pickups for your fantasy football teams as we head into Week 11!

For this waiver wire column, we are only looking at players rostered in less than 60% of leagues according to CBS as of 11/13/23.

Quarterback Waiver Wire Pickups

Jordan Love, QB, Green Bay Packers (60% Rostered)

Even though the interceptions killed the Packers, Love was quite productive. He completed 21 of 40 passes for 289 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions.  However, he’s struggled to get over the 20-point threshold this season, he should have an opportunity to over the next two weeks as he gets the Chargers, followed by the Lions. Love is worth up to 5% of your remaining FAAB.

Will Levis, QB, Tennessee Titans (60% Rostered)

After exploding onto the scene in Week 8, Levis has struggled over his last two games completing less than 57% of his passes. Additionally, he’s also struggled to score with no touchdowns over that same span. Now, he could bounce back against a Jaguars defense that gave up almost 300 yards and three touchdowns to Brock Purdy. Overall, he’s a desperation add-and-start at this point. He’s worth 1-3% of your remaining  FAAB.

See if available: Joshua Dobbs (79%) Dobbs has turned into a must-start quarterback. In his first full start, he threw for 268 yards and a touchdown. Along with another rushing touchdown. He could be a mid-QB1 for the remainder of the season. Russell Wilson (71%) Now we don’t know how the Monday night game will go. What can be said is that Wilson gets the Vikings in Week 11. On the plus side, Wilson has thrown at least one touchdown in every game this season. His streak should continue.

Running Back Waiver Wire Pickups

Devin Singletary, RB, Houston Texans (56% Rostered)

Now, I was trying to tell people to stash and add Singletary because he’s looked better than Dameon Pierce. Well, Pierce has been out for two games, and Singletary showed up carrying the ball 30 times for 150 yards. This performance bested what Pierce has done all season, which in all honesty hasn’t been much. Singletary may have locked up the RB1 slot in Houston who get the Cardinals’ soft run defense in Week 11. He’s worth up to 10% off your remaining FAAB.

Ty Chandler, RB, Minnesota Vikings (14% Rostered)

Prior to Cam Aker’s unfortunate season-ending injury, Alexander Mattison looked like he was at risk of losing his job. Now, I don’t think Mattison will lose his job, but Chandler has at least made it a committee. Overall, Chandler was more efficient with his touches compared to that of Mattison. He’s worth up to 10% of your remaining FAAB.

Rico Dowdle, RB, Dallas Cowboys (14% Rostered)

Now seeing Dowdle here doesn’t mean Tony Pollard will be replaced. But, even with the second string, he was better with his carries (12 for 79 yards) and scored a touchdown. Pollard on the other hand turned 15 carries into 55 yards. This was the first time Dowdle saw a significant amount of carries. If anything were to happen to Pollard, Dowdle would step in as the lead RB. Ultimately, he is worth 5-8% of your remaining FAAB.

Antonio Gibson, RB, Washington Commanders (50% Rostered)

Brian Robinson dominated this backfield with 157 total yards, but Gibson once again excelled in the receiving game. Gibson caught five of six passes for 42 yards and a touchdown. While he’s not great in the rushing game, his receiving upside as he’s had five receptions over the last three games. Additionally, he’s been efficient as he’s seen no less than five targets over that span.

See if available: Khalil Herbert (80%) Herbert missed Week 10 but should return in Week 11 against Detroit. Darrell Henderson Jr. (70%) With the Rams Week 10 bye, Henderson was dropped in a lot of leagues. He gets one more week before Kyren Williams can return because bye weeks don’t count against the four-game injured reserve rule.

Wide Receiver Waiver Wire Pickups

Demario Douglas, WR, New England Patriots (53% Rostered)

We haven’t seen a true breakout from Douglas, but we are seeing consistency. He finished Sunday with a career-high 9 targets, catching six of them for 84 yards. That makes it four straight games with at least six targets. Now, he’s on a bye in Week 11, but is worth adding and holding onto. He’s worth up to 10% of your remaining FAAB and looking like the top wide receiver off waiver wire pickup this week.

Jayden Reed, WR, Green Bay Packers (28% Rostered)

It’s hard to have any Packers as a must-roster player. However, outside of Aaron Jones, I would take Reed. Reed has excelled in three of his last four games with 10-plus PPR points as he paced the Packers in Week 10 in catches (five) and yards (84). Although the offense is inconsistent, I like Reed’s outlook going forward. He’s worth up to 5% of your remaining FAAB.

Noah Brown, WR, Houston Texans (43% Rostered)

Browns’ production over the last two weeks can’t be ignored. For what it’s worth he has been targeted 14 times, catching 13 of them for 325 yards and a touchdown. Not to mention this two-game stretch is the best of his 49 games played for his career.

There is some skepticism to have here as it has taken Brown five years to do this, along with also being the No.3 wide receiver on his team. However, it can’t be ignored, and with C.J. Stroud getting hot again, we can only hope it continues. In the end, Brown is worth up to 5% of your remaining FAAB.

Brandin Cooks, WR, Dallas Cowboys (55% Rostered)

The Cowboys were just on fire Sunday afternoon against the New York Giants. This offense could do anything as the majority benefitted, but it was Cooks who dominated. Cooks was second (10) on the team in targets, leading the Cowboys with  173 yards. Needless to say, this was his biggest game to date as Dak Prescott was looking for him quite a bit in the first half.

Tight End Waiver Wire Pickups

Luke Musgrave, TE, Green Bay Packers (35% Rostered)

Musgrave has started to come along as a tight end in the Packers’ offense. On the bright side of it, the Packers take on the Los Angeles Chargers, who have been very suspect to tight ends over the last few weeks. He’s worth 1% of your remaining FAAB.

Tanner Hudson, TE, Cincinnati Bengals (1% Rostered)

Two weeks ago, Hudson was elevated from the practice squad. Surprisingly he’s contributed with back-to-back games with at least eight PPR points. With Tee Higgins out of the lineup, Hudson excelled in a shootout against the Houston Texans. Higgins is projected to be out once again and Hudson’s surprising performance is something to take a stab at. He’s worth 1% of your remaining FAAB.

Michael Mayer, TE, Las Vegas Raiders (17% Rostered)

Although it was a boring Sunday night game, Mayer scored the lone touchdown in this snoozer. Overall, outside of the touchdown, it was a quiet game for Mayer who caught three of his five targets for 19 yards. Next week he may be used more as the Raiders head to Miami. In the end, he is worth maybe 1% of your remaining FAAB.
