Philadelphia Phillies – 90.5/Under (-120)

The Philadelphia Phillies are expected to be a thrilling team in 2024. Despite the fact that they are returning almost the same roster from 2023, where they finished the regular season with a record of 90-72. Their most significant acquisition was Whit Merrifield, who I believe was an excellent signing. Right now, Fangraphs has the projected win total set at 85-77. As a Phillies fan, it hurts to say this but I am going with the under at 90.5 which feels like great value.

Atlanta Braves – 101.5/Under (-120)

The Atlanta Braves have won the NL East division title six times in a row and seem strong to continue that streak. They have made a significant addition to their roster by acquiring Chris Sale, who has shown great form in the offseason. If he maintains his performance, the team will become even more dangerous.

Moreover, Fangraphs projects the team to win 97-65 games in the upcoming season. That gives us a significant gap of 4.5 wins, which is why I am taking the under for their  MLB future team wins prop bet.

Boston Red Sox – 77.5/Over (-105)

in 2023 the Red Sox had a fairly disappointing season. Trevor Story hasn’t been the free agent signing they had hoped he would be when they brought him in during the 2022 offseason. However, he’s been having a good Spring Training with a slash line of .360/.448/.600. Moving forward, I expect him to bounce back in addition to some of their other young players like Tristan Casas and Jarren Duran to take a step forward. According to Fangraphs, the projected win total for the season is 81-81. All things considered, I’ll be taking the over on this prop bet for Boston.

Milwaukee Brewers – 77.5/Over (-115)

The Brewers clinched their fifth playoff appearance in six seasons after winning their third National League Central Division title. Impressively, they accomplished this with a record of 92-70. Recently, they signed Rhys Hoskins this offseason which will give the team some much-needed pop at 1st base. On Rotochamp they are projecting Jackson Chourio to start who many view as the top prospect in the MLB pipeline. This team did lose Corbin Burns so that will sting. But they were able to win 92 games last season with him posting his worst season since 2019.

Fangraphs has projected a win total of 80-82, which I believe they will exceed. I am optimistic and predict they will win more than 80 games, and I am taking the over for their MLB future team wins prop.

Texas Rangers – 89.5/Under (-115)

Finally, we are talking about the defending champions themselves, the Texas Rangers, coming off a magical season with a record of 90-72. Their outfield is led by Aroldis Garcia and the emerging rookie from 2023 Evan Carter. Both greatly impacted the team crossing the finish line to win the World Series. You also can’t forget about the World Series MVP Corey Seager either.

Fangraphs has the projected win total at 82-80. I do believe they will finish slightly above that number. This team is set up to have another great year, but believe they fall short of the projected win total of 89.5. Give me the under for the MLB future team wins prop.
